Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all lens caps, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Foundry

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
